Returning Goods

1. 1. Goods must be returned in original packaging and in an unused condition.
   2. A returns number MUST be obtained before goods can be returned, please send email to sales@giraffecontrolsltd.com with short description of reasons for return. On receipt of email, we will issue returns number and form, please place form with goods.
   3. Failure to send form with returns number could result in goods being refused.
   4. If you have received Goods in connection with the Contract which you have cancelled, after obtaining the Returns Number you must send back the Goods or hand them over to us at Unit 7 Freetown Ind Est, Bury, Lancs, BL9 6HD without delay. You agree that you will have to bear the cost of returning the Goods.
